We remember this week with gratitude and thankfulness.
Between 7th and 13th of December Sripad Bhakti
Sudhir Goswami Maharaj gave his mercy and visited us in Hungary. During this short week Maharaj mostly stayed in the central Hungarian Ashram
in Budapest with the devotees but he travelled also to the country and kindly visited the local disciples.
Every day had its important tasks: public lecture at the University of Debrecen, open day for visitors, first and second initiations.
But let's start form the beginning...
Ananda Vardhana Prabhu and Gaura Krsna Prabhu received Sripad Bhakti
Sudhir Goswami Maharaj at the airport. Aninda Sundar Krsna Prabhu, the leader of the Hungarian branch of SCS Math welcomed him at the central Anshram with a larger group of devotees.
  
PUBLIC LECTURE
The
following day we travelled to Debrecen city together where
the local enthusiastic devotees (Jayadev Prabhu, Jayasri dd., AnuKrsna dd.,
Yadhunandini dd. and Isha Shakti dd.) organized a public lecture
at the University. About 180 guests came and listened Sripad B.S. Goswami Maharaj's words. Among the audience there were some young people from Transylvania as well.
 
OPEN DAY
Devotees
living in the Capital of Hungary organized an "Open Day" for those
visitors who are interested in the science of bhakti yoga deeper.
Many devotees took part in the arrangements. The invitation
poster and e-poster was designed by Jayakishori dd. We placed about
25 posters to relevant places (cultural centres, yoga centres).
We sent also e-poster invitations through our e-mail address
lists. Isvarananda Prabhu, Krsna Madhuri dd., Antaranga dd., Sivananda
Prabhu, Aditi dd. and Gaurangi dd. worked on the prasada, Balai
Prabhu, Gaura Krsna Prabhu and Isha Krsna Prabhu organized the technical background of the programme. Finally more than 50 people came, many from those who regularly visit Aninda Prabhu's public lectures.  
FIRST INITIATIONS
Sripad Bhakti
Sudhir Goswami Maharaj gave rtvik first initiations to 15 candidates on behalf of Srila Acarya Maharaj. Among the candidates there was a family with two children. 
For this day we published the entitled book "The Affectionate Guidance" by Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Maharaj, under
the guidance of Aninda Sundar Krsna Prabhu. The translators of the work
were Madhubala dd., Aninda Sundar Krsna Prabhu and AnuKrsna dd.
Spelling lectors were Jivananda Prabhu and Hrdayesvari dd. The editior
was Aninda Sundar Krsna Prabhu, the design was made by Jayakishori dd.
Each of the candidates got one copy as a present for first initiation.
 
With this 15 initiations, the number of the Hungarian branch of SCS Math is over 100 disciples.  
SECOND INITIATIONS

Aninda
Prabhu and Ananda Vardhana Prabhu made the fire ceremony. It was
in our mandir. Everybody got purified from karma that's why we had so much
smoke.
